Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety Reasons)

Due to hygiene regulations, all items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

⚠️ These rules are in place to ensure the highest safety standards for our customers.

Eligible Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of packaging and the product.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds via Store Credit Only

  • We do not issue cash, debit, or credit card refunds.
  • Approved returns will be refunded as store credit via a digital gift card code.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be applied toward any future purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Email returns@seyoradesijewels.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for the return
  • If approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error or damage.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit within 5–7 business days.
