Order processing

Orders placed before 12 PM (Pacific Time) are processed the same business day
Orders placed after 12 PM (Pacific Time) are processed the next business day

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking details will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Seyora Desi Jewels is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If that happens:

Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
Customer will need to pay reshipping fee which might be greater than previous shipping rate.
